This travel bug is being closely monitored by a third grade class in Greenfield, WI. The goal of this bug is to travel to as many different types of climates as possible. If you can provide our bug with a different ecological experience, please take it for a ride! Please jot down some basic facts about the climate and area in which the bug currently resides: What is the normal temperature there? Is there a lot of precipitation? Is there anything unique or outstanding about the weather in this region? What is the bug's current elevation (off your GPS)? It would be wonderful if you have some of these answers, but if you don't, it's okay; just keep it traveling! We'd love to see pictures of you with the bug in its current surroundings....

    High gas prices and the heat 100-116 degrees have kept cachers indoors. Will be going to CA next week.

    Wow, it is so hot here in AZ. Cachers are not out prowling the hills, the price of gas and the heat are keeping them home. Phoenix AZ all time heat record 116 degrees, ouch.
