Current Goal

NO ZOO CAN KEEP A GOOD PENGUIN DOWN 

If you remember these penguins from the "Madagascar" movie then you know that they are determined to get where they're going. They started this journey by busting out of the San Diego Zoo with a goal of returning to the island of Madagascar. These crazy penguins rarely get where they intend to go, but they make a lot of friends and have zany adventures along the way.

Now they need your help... These penguins are looking for fun, adventure and travel to see the world and make their way to Madagascar. For their scrapbook post lots of pictures of their travels and check them out on Facebook where they will be updating their information when they have internet access....because you know they've got the internet all figured out. 

There are 4 total penguins that started out at this cache,"The Skipper"(TB3KY9G), "Rico"(TB3KY9V), "Kowalski"(TB3KY9P), and "Private"(TB3KT9W). Check out their pages as well to see how close they are to their goal. Maybe they will find themselves back together again in Madagascar.

About This Item

Private

Private is a bit fuzzy on who he is and his role in the group. Since he's not so sure of himself, Private is completely open to every experience. The zoo can be a rough place (especially the Reptile House) and Private is a little too obviously naïve for his own good. Private's openness makes him the most likely to party with the lemurs for better or for worse.

Found "Private" while going back to out an old geocache site I hadn't been to in a while. He fits right in as I am an Army Company Commander. May have to enlist him into my company in Roswell, NM in a couple weeks so he can help fight the aliens :P .
