7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

Short walk from public car park.

You can access this cache only during daylight hours, but if possible, I would recommend coming well before 4pm so that you can have a look at the historical displays, which close at 4. There is a public B.B.Q. and toilets are available. The view from the cache area is quite unusual, given the lack of reservoirs on Eyre Peninsula. You can move freely over any of the non -fenced off areas but please observe the signs. I have placed a second cache at the natural pool across the reservoir, which is also a pleasant place to stop. The cache contains a range of goodies and is placed out of sight but not hidden or camouflaged.
