Yes this is a botanical garden, some wont believe it.
Alot of people would have missed this park, as it only has a small area of it facing the road. It is a properly looked after garden complete with BBQ's and playground equipment.
It contains a number hidden under the lid for "Sweet 16" virtual cache GCMVGQ.
When you arrive at the first waypoint you will be standing near sign.
The first name of the park is?
Transpose letters into numbers.. a=1 b=2 c=3 etc.

You will also need to count the number of letters in the first word on the bottom left starting with C..
