The doorway to the 'Path of the Dead' is shut to vehicles. For those who dare to enter here (S37*46.212 E145*40.701) you will have a 670m uphill climb, though the last 250m levels off to an easy walk. It may be possible to cut 320m off the bottom section if you enter from a 4WD track that meets the path from SW at S37*46.339 E145*40.810.
At 80m to go, the 'Path of the Dead' appears to come to a 'Dead End', but if you continue 'Dead Ahead' you will see traces of the original path. You will need to leave the path to find the cache which is being guarded by a 'dead king of the past'. (The dark lord may attack your GPSr signal at this point)........... I believe there is an old cemetary in this area, if anyone knows where it is could they please log the coordinates so that others can find it.
