We will have exclusive use of the private room. Please indicate the number of attendees in your group when logging your 'will attend'. Coffee, drinks and food can be ordered individually at the bar.
A presentation will begin at 9.15am, this will give you time to arrive, order food and drinks and settle in.

Learn good tips for hiding caches. Topics we will cover include
- the importance of a good location
- do you have a special skill that you could utililise to make youe cache unique?
- what would a finder enjoy about your location/cache?
- what local guidelines should be considered? eg. private property, national parks. We will talk about how to seek permission for placements
- how does your chosen location impact the environment. We will discuss options for sensitive placement.

- What makes for a good quality cache?
- There are over 1500 caches within a 50km raduis of Ballarat. 125 of these have 25 or more favourite points each.
- We will talk about how to search for highly favourited caches on the geocaching website and how you can award favourite points for caches. We will also explain how to collect favourite points.
- We will encourage you to think about your favourite type of creative cache.

- Many of us foget to wear name tags to events. Caching name and first name are a good idea.
- At this event, we will each introduce ourselves using our caching name and our first name.
- There will be a prize for the most creative name tag. Use your imagination!
