About SideTracked Douglas Park
Douglas Park railway station is located on the Main South line from Sydney to Melbourne, Australia. It serves the small town of Douglas Park, opening on 6 September 1869 as Douglass Park being renamed on 31 July 1891. It was relocated to its present site on 13 June 1892.
The township of Douglas Park is located between Menagle and Picton. It remains as a semi-rural town and has no direct access to the nearby freeway. The station is serviced by rail motors which provide a regular service to Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
The cache is located a short distance from the station to allow a muggle free experience. Parking is plentiful.
