Take care when searching for the cache, since snakes like rocky areas.
Please be gentle when hiding it again in its rocky bed and make sure that it is covered well so that it survives for a long time!
This rest area can only be accessed by car when driving South along the Bruce Highway. If you are driving North, best is to continue until either the next turnoff or until the nearby Bunnings and turnaround there.
Since this is a letterbox geocache, it not only offers space for trackables, but also contains stamps and postcards. A letterbox hybrid is a geocache type which pays homage to an older form of scavenger hunt where clues instead of coordinates were provided. These letterboxes contained stamps so that finders could use them in their personal logbook instead of signing a logbook in the letterbox. So please feel free to take a postcard and use the stamps. But please LEAVE THE STAMPS IN THE CACHE so that the next cacher can enjoy them as well.
