Geocache Description:

The Paddle Steamer Series

Paddle Steamer

– noun:

a boat powered by steam and propelled by paddle wheels.

The Paddle Steamer, once the main means of river transportation during the 1800’s, was used for the transport of both passengers and cargo. Paddle Steamers were commonly used for logging and played an important role in the construction of bridges, locks and weirs. Their main source of fuel is timber logs.

While no longer the transportation of choice, paddle steamers can still be seen cruising the Murray River around Mildura, now used for tours, dinner cruising and functions.

Keep the Paddle Steamer fueled by solving the puzzles to reveal the final coordinates to the mystery caches in this series.
