Magic Pigeon Traditional Cache

To find this cache start your adventure from Cannonvale Beach where there is plenty of on street parking or even better still perhaps do it as you walk from Airlie Beach to Cannonvale or vice versa while you find the other caches hidden along the way.

This location of this cache is above the high tide mark but access maybe hampered on a large high tide, but if you don’t mind getting your feet wet then this will not be a problem. 

If you take the effort to find this cache you will be rewarded with great views over Pigeon Island (where another cache is located) and the Whitsunday Magic wreck as well as over Cannonvale Beach and Abel Point Marina in the distance.

Geocachers with dogs will also enjoy this area as it is the only off leash beach in the area.

The cache is a small black container that has room for a log and small swaps but no room for a pen so please bring your own.  As this area can be popular with beach combing please ensure you hide the cache the same way you found it to prevent it being muggled.
