Salty Wind Traditional Cache

Ever walked across the sand dunes to the beach only to be hit by the salty breeze, especially on a winter's day? You take a few deep breaths and feel all that tension and stress melt away. Hopefully the southerly is blowing when you retrieve this cache. Having lived nearby, walking up here was a daily ritual, a place full of memories, a perfect spot to place my first cache. Hope you enjoy your stroll too.

This track is an often overlooked official beach track starting along Dundas Street, used by locals and surfers alike. GZ is located at the point where you see the ocean. There is no need to leave the path. After signing the log please feel free to visit this quiet stretch of ocean beach.
