This geocache will take you along the road from kongwak to loch. The road you turn down to find this cache has a significant meaning as it was named after two brothers Francis and Albert Armstrong who were World War One veterans who were raised and lived close to this area.
This area is a small rest stop away from road near a beautiful old bridge. I came across it when my caching friend Dianne brought me here and we both thought a interesting spot to place a cache. The nearby farmers have been clued into what may be occurring here as well as hopefully getting them interested in caching as well . There is a lovely hand carved sign and statues that were done and placed by a resident farmer back in 2004, as well as a pot belly stove, however if you decide to use please bring your own wood. There was a hand carved seat here as well however the local farmer said it had since been vandalised. You are looking for a 1litre sized sistema container with logbook, pens and small swaps, also it is a no through road so best to turn around after you do cache as there is only a few small farms before the road ends
