Over the last 10 years the malady Geocacheitis has slowly been spreading throughout the developed world. According to Dr McArgister there are 12 easyily identifyiable symptoms exhibited by the afflicted.
1. Missing work or classes to go geocaching
2. Having trouble refusing to go geocaching
3. Needing to talk about geocaching to have fun at a party
4. Using geocaching to build up self confidence
5. Using geocaching to help with relaxation
6. Having tried but failed to give up geocaching
7. Craving geocaching on waking each day
8. Getting into trouble because of your craving for geocaching
9. Letting others know about how often you go geocaching
10. Inventing excuses to go geocaching
11. Getting into financial difficulties because of geocaching
12. Upsetting friendships because of craving for geocaching.
According to wascox as reported in The Journal of Psychoses of the Working Classes there are four distinct categories of Geocacheitis each with their own therapy requirements.
Class 1. Mild Geocacheitis. The afflicted usualy present exhibiting 1 - 2 symptoms of Geocacheitis.
Treatment Simply treated with distraction therapy. Try playing tiddly winks or tunnel ball.
Class 2 Moderate Geocacheitis. Commonly exhibit 3 - 4 of the symtoms of classic Geocacheitis
Treatment Best treated with affirmative adversion therapy. On the first signs of symtoms go for a long run. Cold showers
Class 3 Severe Geoscacheitis. Afflicted persons usualy present with 5 - 6 symptoms

Class 4. Accute Geocacheitis. Presents with 7 or more symptoms.
Treatment. These people are past hope. Morbidity and mortality research for this degree of affliction gives a very poor prognosis for cure
Smile at them when they leave to go geocaching in the morning and be prepared for them to come home at any hour after a days geocaching.
