Geocache Description:

This is a night cache in a woodland reserve.  It's mostly on the paths but strays occasionally.  Be aware this is a natural area so there are logs, wombat holes and animals to contend with.  Wear decent shoes, be mindful of your step and of course, bring a decent torch and hold it at eye level for best effect. Allow an hour or so for the full adventure.

Park at the parking waypoint - on the street, not up the path, as sometimes the gate is locked at night (but it is fine to be in the park at night). Navigate to the published coordinates.

From here you are looking to follow a trail of reflective markers.  These are small, highly reflective and either white or gold, NOT the larger yellow or blue arrows placed to mark the park trails.  Hold your torch at eye height and you have more of a chance of seeing the next marker.  A torch capable of throwing a concentrated beam will work best.  Once you see one reflector, stand near it, or walk a little further down the path, and shine your torch around to see the next one.  At any forks in the trail you might need to walk a little way down each fork to catch the trail again.

When you see two white markers together on one tree, that means it's time to leave the path and go bush in that direction.

When you find three gold markers on a tree together, you have found GZ!  You are looking for a 400ml plastic container. Bring your own pen.

To find your way out: don't panic. There are many paths in this reserve and they all meet up. Navigate to the parking waypoint and on the way you will cross a path soon enough, no matter which direction you go. Simply follow that path towards the parking waypoint and you will be back at your car in no time.
