Rapidlywild: After considerable thinking I have decided to let this one go. This location is just not fitting for a small cache, a micro maybe but I have had this one muggled numerous times. In the future I may place a new cache here but it definitely won't be a small. Thanks to all who found this one over the time it was placed here.
