A spectacular view...
Inspired by Skullracing's "Murmungee Magic" I've been scouring the hills for a similarly spectacular view. This spot has one.
From GZ, and the drive back down, you can see the Murray Valley in all its glory, from Corryong to Towong.
The drive up to GZ, however, is not for the faint of heart, or the illequipped.
Some parts of the track are extremely rough and rocky, and others steeper than 45°. If you are not an experienced 4WD'er, with a properly equipped, high clearance 4WD with Low-range, I suggest you pack a lunch and walk.
There are no turning places on the track before you reach GZ, so you're either going all the way, or reversing back down (which anyone will tell you is very, very stupid)
The terrain rating reflects the difficulty of the walk, of the 4WD skill level required.
