The Peel Common has been crying out for a cache for sometime.
You do not need a 4WD to find the cache, however, you may be happier parking next to the main road and walking the short distance to the Native Flauna and Flora Reserve where the cache can be found.
This is a lovely area and if you have a 4WD you can drive around the common and up along the ridge where there is a lovely view looking east. We did not realise how high this small range was until we visited. If you do venture to the top, don't forget to take your camera.
Lots of wildflowers can be found in this area.
There was a GPS accuracy reading of 6 metres on the day the cache was placed.
