micro container at a roadside shelter
Placed at the bus stop at corner of Nerang-Beaudesert Road and Henri Robert Drive which is one way onto Tamborine Mountain. I drive past here on my way to Canungra and Beaudesert and have often thought it needs a cache. If you are driving to Tamborine Mountain do be careful especially on the very steep sections of the road. Some years ago there was a very serious accident when a bus carrying a load of elderly tourists went off the edge of the mountain road. I was working in Nerang at the time and recall the police cars and ambulances going past our office, back and forth all afternoon. It was very sad and some of the workers who attended the site were permanently traumatised. Do drive carefully when geocaching. Plenty of parking around the shelter. Just watch for muggles passing and driving too fast.
