1 Litre clip-lock container hidden high in the Gold Coast hinterland
Cache contains log book, pencil and plenty of room for swaps. Its located just off a fire trail which runs from the top of The Panorama down to a Hinze Dam boat ramp located off Little Nerang Rd. You should have no troubles searching for this cache in privacy as its out of site of the main road and other than the odd bike rider or walker, I've never seen anyone down here.
There is plenty of parking space at the top of the gate. The track is a quite steep and loose in places so be careful.
However, the sights from the top of The Panorama is the real reason for this cache with breathtaking views overlooking Hinze Dam and Gold Coast skyline, make sure you bring your camera! and If you do this cache during the day the view is defiantly worth a return visit at night!
The spectacular views and enormous homes run all the way across the top of The Panorama so a second cache (Perfect Panorama 2) has been placed a bit further down the road to bring you up, over and down the other side. The Panorama is a ring road that joins to Worongary Rd at both ends.
