Geocache Description:


A beautiful vantage point for the spectacular views to be enjoyed at Lake Otamangakau, which is a man made hydro lake known to locals as The O
This spot has a small sandy beach and would be nice for a swim if not occupied by fishermen... do not swim while people are fishing it just aint manners.
The offroad trail to the cache is a tad bumpy but driveable on a dry day with a small car.
Watch out for logging trucks on the gravel road.
Stealth may be required as this is a popular fishing spot.
