You'll find Flotsam on Jabiru Island. The cache is in the new parkland area where the old sand works used to be. Park in the main car park.
As the name suggests, this cache was crafted from an object we found washed up on the beach here (Team Herbz contribution to Green caching). Cache is log book only - bring your own ink. After you've found it, go see if you can find "Jetsam" Enjoy.
