Wooglemai EEC's central purpose is to provide safe, pleasant and appropriate work sites at which students and teachers have the opportunity to gain confidence in learning about the environment, develop skills in investigating the environment and acquire a concern for the environment. The centres' location within Nattai National Park and Warragamba Water Supply Catchment offers unique curriculum opportunities to investigate and observe different aspects of resource management. The proximity to Thirlmere Lakes National Park allows students a unique opportunity to interact with a special wetland area through observation, investigation and recreation activities.
