This cache is placed in a nice park at a seaside village.
Seaspray was originally called Prospect Reserve until 1915, when
the then 34 permanent residents decided a proper name was needed.
They called an official meeting in nearby Sale and duly wrote
suggested names on pieces of paper and put them in a hat. The name
SEASPRAY was on the piece of paper that was drawn.
The park is a small grassy park with toilets and picnic tables. It
is situated at the mouth of Merrimans Creek and also has accsess to
the Ninety Mile Beach.
The cache is a black Eclipse mint container. Byo pen.
