Made a trip down to Balingup for the weekend to stay @ Jalbrook Cottages. (Magnificent, do yourself a favour, absolutely beautiful, great location and fantastic people, been here four times in about ten years and is always fantastic, try the Blackwood Tavern in Balingup as well, you wont be disappointed! I recommend the steak, to die for)
Ofcourse since we were in the neighbourhood, lets do some caching. Shot up and sorted out Kirup Memorial Gun (Thanks Wanderng Aus).
Heading back decided to leave a cache at the small town of Mullalyup, midway between Kirup and Balingup. Plenty of hiding spots but came across the old school site there; and although not much left of it, thought it might be an opportunity to highlight a little historical site whilst also adding another rest break for any cachers on a SW journey.
Tricky little nano hiding spot, but shouldn't be to hard for cachers to find and replace.
