G’day Mr Phelps,
Agent Simon Sebastian (or should that be Simone? I’m never really sure) has located some decimals which added to the minutes will give either the latitude or longitude co-ordinates to the cache of documents you seek. To find out the degrees and minutes you will need to locate agent Vigenere.
Strangely there has been no sign of Mamood’s agents, but just to be safe, agent Sebastian has placed a micro cache to confuse and throw them off the trail.

Special Note: Due to constant mugglings I have modified this cache and it is now a Traditional Micro, not a multi. Unfortunately the system won't allow changes to the classification.
