James Place Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

ducat: Thanks mcsspeedy135 for alerting me for need.
The new development has also obliterated the final location.
Have decided to relinquish location because at approaching 3 score plus 30 years of age and with eyesight no longer up to scratch, I have relinquished my premium membership.
I do not feel I can adequately continue to maintain caches.
The new developments look great, and am looking forward to the opening of the wetlands next year.
Hopefully some cachers will put a innovative cache or two in the new area.

Geocache Description:

Located in a pleasant part of the Torrens Linear Park.
May be inaccessible when the River is in flood.

The final location can be found by solving the puzzle below.
(1) The above co-ordinates will put you on a bridge in a delightful part of the River Torrens Linear Park.
Linger and watch the people passing by, and maybe even the antics of crazy Geocachers.
North of the bridge is a memorial plaque and a park bench.

(2) Location is S 34° 53.0XX
E138° 38.ZZZ
XX = (C x 3) + (2 x F)
ZZZ = (E - A) x (D - F)

Where:
A = year of Charles and Emma James arrived in SA.
C = number of slats on park bench.
D = number of posts on the bridge balustrades. (Use one side only)
E = year Gundry died.
F = number of support posts under the bridge.
