San Diego County
Geocachers have Adopted-A-Highway!
It’s time to kick off our 3rd Ocotillo AAH CITO
event. Saturday, October 21st, is the date;
9:00am –
11:30am is the time. Plan on joining your
fellow geocachers to pitch in and clean up the desert
surrounding State Highway 78 between mile markers 84.5 and
86.2!
There will be a briefing at the posted
coordinates. The briefing will begin at 9:00am to get instructions,
vests, and bags, take a group photo, and to sign forms.We will then
get started and work until about 11:30 am or whenever the job is
complete.
I will bring some water but I suggest
you also bring your own. You may find other items helpful such as
long pants, gloves, and sun screen.
