This cache deals with the park area "Burggarten", which re-opened to the public on May 19th, 2006, after about one year of renovation and construction work:

The area is usually legally accessible between 07:30 and 19:00 local time. The time of closure is not really fixed and it's possible (and likely) that the area is open even longer, but don't bet on it. Before they close it down a guard walks around and asks the remaining people to leave.
During Winter time the main entrance is closed - however please take a look at the additional waypoints for an alternative entrance.
The building in the middle of the area is the so-called Orangerie, a classicistic building built 1842 for the purpose of providing shelter for tropical plants during winter. But in the 19th century it was already used for events and after renovation works in 2005 it was finally adapted to be used solely for various events, providing space for 60-100 people inside on 120 square meters with air conditioning etc.
For this cache you need to visit three locations. The coordinates for the first stage are the start coordinates of this cache. The other two locations are easy to find, so no coordinates are given. To get the coordinates of the final you'll need the values of all three locations (or not, depending on how many possible hiding locations you want to have a look at).
Stage 1:
Some stairs lead uphill. Count the number of lights embedded within the stairs. Do not count those nearby.
The value is A.
Stage 2:
In a corner of the area you will find a metal bird on a metal post. How many vertical bars does the post have on the side facing the park area? Don't count those at the edges and completely ignore the horizontal ones.
Value is B (and below 5).
Stage 3:
Recently a lot of "unfriendly signs" were put up especially around the greenhouses.
Who is authorized to enter that area?
Take the 6th letter (A=1, B=2, ..) as Value C
Final:
Two years after hiding this cache the original hiding place was fenced off. It used to be a nice place, but unfortunately some people didn't think so and decided to be destructive - therefore you can now see huge fences that deny entry to the old hiding place (behind the greenhouses).
Take care that you aren't being watched while retrieving the cache container. You are looking for a film canister.
Please place it back in exactly the same position as you have found it (for obvious reasons).
There is no need to disassemble anything, enter "forbidden" territory or to leave the area for finding the final stage.
