The ground is a level dirt trail, good for Mt. Bikes, Strollers, Wheelchairs, and Feet (of course). You don't have to go off the path except to step in to look thru bushes at the cache.
OK, so why is this cache even still named LITTLE RED BRIDGE? It keeps creeping further & further away from that lovely bridge that I love.
Well, for those who are new to this Cache Page, the ORIGINAL Cache had been actually ON the BRIDGE. Then it got Muggled.....too many kids play on & under the Bridge.
Soooo, I gave the Cache a facelift and relocated it over near the Century Plant that can be seen from the Bridge. The homeowner behind there kept complaining, and I should've been a nicer person and removed it, but I didn't. Soooo, an Act of God took care of it for me. The HUGE STORM we had last week unhooked the Cache from it's branch and tossed it on the ground.
Enter Brian who is on a Fairfield Cache Run. He finds my cache on the ground and relocates it & takes loads of really great photos of the location so it would be easy for me to find my container. He emailed the photos to me, and yes, he'd done such a bang-up job that I actually knew exactly where to go look for my container. I FOUND IT w/no problem! Thanks, Brian!!!
Once on the scene myself, I opt to not badger those poor homeowners anymore & so found a place .13 down the trail to rehide the Cache. If I am correct, the next Cacher to find it will qualify for a FTF and not merely a . Soooo, come on out, folks, while the getting is good (and the weather too).

There are 7 entrances into this park. There is parking at each of them. May I recommend parking near here: N 38º 15.000 W 122º 04.275. There is another cache further down the Trail as well, so enjoy your scenic stroll along a beautiful path beside the creek and some lovely homes.
You are looking for a WELL-CAMOed cache, a tad larger than a micro.
Contents:

Breast Cancer Bookmark (I've hidden this cache in honor of my Cancer-Fighting friend who lives just down the Trail from this cache).
Another Cacher has placed a PUZZLE CACHE which uses the coords for the original location of this Little Red Bridge. Thanks to Martian Rabbit, who had those numbers saved somewhere, here are the ORIGINAL COORDS for Little Red Bridge:
