This is a two part multi. The first part is at the posted coordinates. That part contains the coordinates for the cache container - a good sized plastic jar.
The first stage of this cache is located in Pleasanton's BMX Facility which is open during daylight hours.
The second stage, the cache container, is located outside the fence on East Bay Regional Park District land. A gate in the back of the BMX facility opens directly onto EBRP land.
The cache is a roomy cammo plastic jar containing a log sheet and a variety of treasures for trading. The container has lots of space for travel bugs.
Stealth may be necessary as you access Stage 1, depending on the time of day. Watch out for muggles on bicycles racing and jumping and dashing about.
Also be on watch for Red-tailed Hawks which are frequently seen in this area. The Red-tail is a large hawk, usually weighing between 2 and 4 pounds. As with most raptors, the female is nearly 1/3 larger than the male. The adult Red-tailed Hawk is easily identified, for when it leaves its perch on slow, measured wing beats, or turns while soaring overhead, the broad, rounded tail shows a rich, russet red.
