This Cache was placed in a new devlopment in Santa Clara. It is rated 1/1. It is 'almost' a drive-up and go cache but I wouldnt recommend it.
I first moved to this area in 2000, during the peak of the .com boom. Rents at the local aparments were starting at $2400/month. The area where the cache is at the time did not exist. When we lived here, this development was nothing but a dirt field.
Move forward 5 years and we just moved back to the same area. Rents are *down* 30% but o has the area sure changed. A new store, a new park, nice places to eat, new houses, new condos, and of course a new Riverfall.
This is a normal size micro cache.
