Geocache Description:

The ground where this cache is located in uneven and slightly uphill, but it is only about 15-20 feet of this. It can be difficult if you are in a wheelchair.

This is the first of a series of caches designed by third graders and their teacher. These caches are meant to address a lot of the California Social Studies Standards for third grade. This series of caches should take you to historical sites and other sites that are significant to the culture, economy and goverment of The Santa Maria Valley.

The container is a camouflaged vitamin bottle.
The cache is very easy to spot. It is (not) disguised by the rocks we placed in an attempt to cover it up.

Original cache contents:
A bandaid (they always come in handy)
A fortune (who wouldn't want a fortune)
6 different color mini highlighters (for the city's highlights)
A pencil grip (it is always good to have a good grip on life)
A quarter (you might need it for a phone call...no phones around here)
A marble (you don't want to be without your marbles)
A painted rock
A log and 2 pencils
