Geocache Description:

Very near paved trail system.

Portland has a fantastic trail system. All paved and great for walking, biking or skating. The way this system is laid out we have many area's around the city to park and start a good walk and we actually have three "ends" of the trails at this time. This is my second cache and is appropriately named because it takes you to a different trail end. The distance from "end of trail" to this cache is about 3.6 miles on the paved trails and this is only a part of this great trail system. A good work-out! And for part of it you will be walking along the Grand River and on an old highway bridge ( no cars allowed) over the Grand River. There are three other cache's on the trail system. One is .8 miles to the West of this one. A very nice little walk. So come to town, bring your bike or skates and enjoy our trails and the five cache's currently on the trails. Stay for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Portland is a great place to escape from the bigger cities.

This cache is a mini-cache in a small peanut butter jar that has been camouflaged. Room for small trade items only.
