This is B.C.'s first Letterbox Hybrid placed south of Prince George.
This cache is a hybrid cache, meaning it has logbooks for both Geocachers, and Letterboxers. When you find the cache, kindly use the logbook for 'Geocachers' though if you are also a 'Letterboxer', please use that logbook and stamp as well. Instructions to find it as a letterbox may be found here:
www.letterboxing.org then click on "letterboxes" then "search clues", and enter 13824 in the LbNA# box.
The above coordinates will bring you to a yellow gate, the parking and trailhead for entering this area of the park to seek this cache. At the gate, switch your GPSr to UTM and go to a location that is 164 metres north and 1118 metres west of the gate (UTM, flat world). Here, nestled under some concrete you will find the treasure behind a brick and rock.
The cache contains separate logbooks for geocachers and letterboxers, stamp for letterboxers, pen, and various trinkets.
Enjoy exploring this historical picnic area.
