Come visit downtown La Grande. Max Square is home to many outdoor
events such as the Farmer's Market, block parties, concerts, etc..
Come read the history of this park-like setting. Easily accessable
from 1-84 eastbound. Just down the hill from a nearby
cache.
The above coordinates will bring you to cast-iron Mary, a local who
has a long history with La Grande. Feel free to look around and
read the bricks of some of the local residents and businesses. Your
assignment is to first find the brick entitled "ENGINEERS DIVISION
362". Next, find "LA GRANDE LEGAL SECRETARIES ASSN". Finally, make
your way to the brick "LAURA RICKETTS" (they're not far from one
another). This last brick is the lead point forming a triangle.
This triangle is pointing to the cache's location. Hopefully with
the GPS in the pocket you will look less conspicuous as you look
for this one. Waypoints may be unavailable during the winter
(depending on snowfall). You'll be looking for a camo altoids
container about the size of your thumb.
