Hi!

I see that you are trying to change your Multi cache to a virtual cache, based on the based on the note you added to the Long Description and the requirement for e-mail answers to questions you posted on the page. Recall from the guidelines that traditional caches all need to have at a minimum a container and a logbook - http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#traditional

As of November 1st, 2005 geocaching.com is no longer listing new virtual caches.

I have Archived your Listing until such time that you can replace the physical cache. Once you have the cache in place, feel free to contact me through the link on my Profile and I will Unarchive the Listing.

Sorry,

Geocache Description:

Welcome to FRIENDSHIP CACHE... a fun offset cache for the entire family to work on, but challenging enough to keep the average geo-cacher busy for a bit collecting clues. Bring a lunch and have a picnic while you're here.

** To receive credit for this cache, please email me what material the pile is made of when you are at the final cache coordinates. There is NOT a physical cache at this time. ***

This cache is based around one of the biggest Pacifica attractions which utilized the resources of a large part of the community to construct. Tucked back in the valley, many people don't know about this hidden park or the play structure so we hope you learn a little as you solve the clues.

This is an offset cache which means you'll have to figure out the physical cache's coordinates using the clues below. The original coordinates will get you to a place to start answering the clues.

This cache was designed so entire families can work together gathering clues and find the cache. The answer to each clue is easy to figure out and the math is easy. An adult will probably have to put it all together to get the coordinates.

A = Number of chains holding the tire swing.
B = Number of yellow letters that WOULD BE on the alphabet wall MINUS 1. Some letters mights be missing, but you should be able to figure out what color they would be.
CC = Cost of a train ticket to the zoo PLUS the cost of a train ticket to SF.
DD = The sum of the ages on Hailey's and Brody's hand print tiles PLUS 14. The tiles are next to each other.
E = Number of days to build the playground PLUS 4.

FF = Number of volunteers DIVIDED BY 100.
G = Number of long walls that display tiles.
HH = Number of climbing wall grips PLUS 3.
I = Number of pieces of wood on the top layer of the Ohlone hut PLUS 1. The Oholone hut is a smaller version of one of the homes that the Native Americans in the area used before Westerners arrived.
J = Number of sticks that "should be" hanging from the dolpin drum.
K = Number of pipes in chime box MINUS 2.

Physical cache location:

ABº CC.DDE North         FFGºHH.IJK West

The cache is an ammo container. Although the cache location is out of sight, the nearby area can be very busy and it looks like there might be some teenage traffic at night. Please make sure the cache is well-hidden where you found it when you are done. Feel free to add more camoflauge if you'd like.

Bonus points if you can explain what the final cache location is. We have no idea!

Have fun!

The Robot Family - John, Carrie, Katelyn, Brody, Hailey, and Ally.

UPDATE 21Jun03: We've relocated the cache to a much friendlier area in the park. No toxic plants and no bushwacking neccessary! Have fun!!

UPDATE 08Jul07: The cache appears to have got muggled at the 4th of July celebration. We've replanted it in a more hidden place in different area.

UPDATE 03Jan08: The cache appears to have got muggled AGAIN. Evidently the hiding spot is not so cache-friendly. For now, treat this as a virtual and identify the material that makes up the pile of the final coords.
