this is the original e.t. highway cache (placed
11/29/02) and is not related to either the now defunct e.t. highway
power trail or its replacement.

LITTLE DIVERSION ALONG THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL
HIGHWAY!
Make sure you park on the shoulder of the road or
take the dirt road to near the cache. You don't even want to
consider driving onto the area lake beds, even if they do look dry.
I've pulled a lot of people out of wet lake beds who thought they
could drive across them.
The cache container is a .30 cal. ammo can.
