The cache is NOT at the published coordinates. The coordinates were not chosen randomly but any clue is not to be found physically there and you must not go near there, it is an extremely high secure area.
Please make sure you understand this is a mystery cache and you need to solve the puzzle to identify the actual cache location.
As the person at the centre of this puzzle is one of the good guys I've tried to play fair and use a 2-word key that seems most appropriate for the person and the theme. One variant excludes a certain letter but as this letter is so vital to enhancing the tools of this man's job, I chose the other variant.
Decode the following clues and fill in the appropriate answer for each in the grid provided - except for the first answer which is 5 characters long, all the others are 7 characters.
The cache can be found by reading the coordinates down the yellow squares. The orange squares give a hint to the hide if read from the bottom right to top left.
