The witching hour is the time of night when ghouls, ghosts, demons and, of course, the titular witches (among other supernatural and generally eerie things) come out to play!
The exact time of the witching hour is said to vary; I was able to figure it out via my own trustworthy sources (specifically an old EMF meter salvaged from its burial amongst the bric-a-brac of a local op shop), although I'm told Wikipedia is also sufficient to determine when paranormal forces are at their most powerful!
During the witching hour, observations of the below image have been said to differ from those made at any other time, and may even provide an insight as to the meeting place of a secretive witch coven...
