NYPD? "New Year's Puzzle Delight" -- something to wile away those cold, winter nights!

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. To find the cache, you must solve the following puzzle: (visit link)

The cache is located on the shores of Durant Creek, a tributary of the Southwest River, paddling venue for the 2009 Canada Games. Nearby private property dictates either a river approach to the cache by boat or a bushwhack along the creek (through trees, not fields) off Woodside Road.
