I drive by this location all the time. It is very small and could be a city park. I don't think it is. I rarely if ever see anyone here and it seems so lonely.
If I recall correctly a cached has been placed here possibly more than once and must have been muggled over time. I believe I have found a location that is less obvious and less likely to be muggled. The container is a camo'd jelly been container. It is visible from more than one angle if viewed correctly and still is in an out of the way location. Please make sure it is tucked away to avoid being muggled.
Initial contents have a few small cache style containers for anyone that might have a need for them. There is a log book, pen, keychain, LED light keychain and some other goodies.
Use common sense where you park and geo-stealth from possible muggles.
