Could be a fast park and grab if you know what to look for
This is another type of cache I am sure most of you will have found around town. I got the idea many years ago from one I found. This will make the third time I have hidden one like this. I have seen several others just like it around town. Mine has a little handle to make it easier to remove so make sure you replace it correctly so the next finder can also remove it easily.
