Firehall #6 Traditional Cache
happydudes: It's a sad day but someone has decided they don't like a geocache at this location.
Maybe one day we can revisit hosting a cache here. Thanks to all those who came and searched for it.

Vancouver's West End is one of the most densely populated neighbourhoods in Canada yet there are very few caches around. To celebrate our long history, I thought this would be a good spot for our first cache.
Historical Firehall #6 servicing the Downtown West End since 1907. Claimed to be the first fire hall in North America designed to accommodate motor vehicles. The Building was rehabilitated in 1988.
You might have to wait a while as this is in the middle of a busy downtown heighbourhood. You could always wait for the trucks to roar away to create a distraction...
watch out for Hipsters at the new coffee shop
I have left a geocoin in the cache to start but since there are so few caches downtown please only trade for other trackables ( a mini TB Hotel)
due to the instability of the previous hiding spot (inuckshuk) we have moved the original location some
