Geocache Description:

One of the caches in the Historic Embrook series.

This area of Embrook was formally the site or an Iron Works, owned by Mr Maxpherson, and a Corn Mill. I'm not aware of any pictures which have survived , but a man hole cover Red Lion Path is one of the few remaining known items made here. The works was burnt down one Saturday afternoon in the 1920's. (1)

The cache itself is a magnetic nano ... on the side of the nano is painted a clue to Historic Embrook - the number is Y in N51 25.Yxx .
