Geocache Description:

Micro cache needing you to bring a pencil.
The elevation here is 6982 ft.
Congratulations to GeoAngle13 on their FIRST EVER FIND and having it be an FTF.

Whitmore Tubs are found southeast of Mammoth Lakes in the Long Valley
Caldera. The geothermal phenomenon at Hot Creek is just down Hot Creek
Hatchery Rd.
Sorry, there's no longer any swimming allowed here (lawyers).
The Hot Creek geothermal area is open year-round, but only from
sunrise to sunset.

If you follow the paved trail down to the stream and walk
along the river, you can find the cache called "Fish Scoop"
