Parking may be a problem. The adjoining lot is sometimes congested.
After a recent move across the parking lot, this is the home of the California State Grange. Organized in 1873 the Grange in California has been active in promoting the welfare of agriculture and rural people.
The occupant of the nearby office is the President or "Master" of the California State Grange. When giving permission he did ask for you to respect the flowerbeds (one step may be needed) and take care to not trample the grass too much. If he sees you he may invite you in. I also visit the office and will be looking too.
The container should be snug, but can be lifted up, please return it to the way you found it.
