If you do this at night then you'll see the glitter of the Hobart CBD, the Tasman bridge and beyond. Definitely the preferred way of doing it though the view during the day is also worth seeing.
This is another cache that Malbena gave me to hide. The cache itself is off the stairway, and there's several openings in the fence that will get you to the cache.
How you tackle this depends on how fit you feel, you can walk the entire stairway up or down, or there are entries along the stairway as well.
