I guess someone decided there was some significance here. It is wheelchair accessable. Weekdays only. Somone should be there around 7am and it closes at 5pm
The building is closed on weekends. If it's closed just look thru the window
The Cache is not at the Posted Coords but to find the final cache location you will have to solve the following:

B=Number of Letters 2nd word third line.
C=Last line first word.
D=# of words in the second line.
E=Eigth word second line.
F=First digit

A Wheres George $, And 2 TB's The Flame and One the Level.
Please try to be nice to the container and Stealth may be required when going after the final. Maybe use your car to get to it and hide what your doing.
