Geocache Description:


This is one of 24 caches in a series modeled after the TV show by the same name. The series starts at Midnight (Episode 1 - 12am - 1am) and proceeds in one hour increments. Jack Bauer works for an agency called the Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) Los Angeles, a fictitious branch of US Government. He is a key member of CTU and has prevented major terrorist attacks on the United States throughout the series, saving both civilians and government leaders. On many occasions he has done so at great personal expense, as those he has thwarted have targeted him and his loved ones many times. Clues to other episodes are found in the cache write ups as well as the preceding caches found. Sometimes you will need to solve complex ciphers, clues, puzzles or riddles to proceed, others, it’s a matter of following direction. Each cache (Episode) can be logged independently regardless if you complete the series or not. It is not necessary to be familiar with the TV show in order to complete these caches. But it helps…

The following takes place between 12am and 1am

Jack's phone rings, awakening him from a deep sleep. "Jack...Jack are you there?" It was Bill Buchanan, director of CTU (Counter Terrorist Unit). "Jack we need you. President Palmer’s daughter has been kidnapped. You are to report to CTU immediately for debriefing. We have a mobile unit in the area at the above coordinates ready to pick you up." Jack stumbles out of bed......
