Flat level terrain, a park and grab cache with no need to leave the path.
Rohnert Park is trying to define & build a downtown community area. The first step was to build a library next to the public safety building. Take a few moments to explore the grounds and enjoy the exhibits next to the public safety building.
Cache container is a 35mm film cannister and should be an easy grab. You'll have to employ stealth techniques as it is usually a very busy area.
Bring a pen/cil.
